Up to 4 hours of wellness screenings including; Blood Pressure, Body Fat, Body Mass Index, pH, waste to hip ratio,  screens, Health Information Handouts, Stress Management booth, Fitness Demo, Healthy Snack Tasting, Reflexology and Seated Massage Sessions.

Weekly—Exercise Program

20 exercise classes total $2009.00

We come to you with all of the necessary equipment to do a full 45 minute exercise class.  Choose from Yoga, Pilates, Bands, Balls or chair classes.  Classes can be held once or twice per week.

Quarterly—4 Lunch and Learns

$2009.00 per quarter

Four times per year have a Lunch and Learn Session.  Up to 20 Employees will be empowered about health topics while enjoying a healthy lunch.

Monthly—12 Wellness Workshop $2009.00

Interactive and hands on best describes our workshops.  Different topics each month select from Stress Management, Fitness, Nutrition, Smoking Cessation and more.
