stress management lectures. Our relaxing and

package was created to induce optimal relaxation by
engaging all five senses. It includes Seated Massage,
Hand Reflexology, Foot Massage, Hand Paraffin Dips,
Aromatherapy Station,
Listening Station, Spa Snacks and Spa Attendant for up
to 4 hours.

come to you with all of the necessary equipment to do a
full 45 minute exercise class. Choose from Yoga,
Pilates, Bands, Balls or chair classes. Classes can be
held once or twice per week.
Quarterly—4 Lunch and Learns

Four times per year have a Lunch and Learn Session. Up
to 20 Employees will be empowered about health topics
while enjoying a healthy lunch.
